Language of the Conference is only English.
Objectives and grounds
The Conference will be held in frames of IEEE Kyiv Aviation Institute Week and planned to be a forum of ideas exchange and results discussion in the field of methods, algorithms of computer-aided design of UAV (aerodynamics, flight-technical, characteristics, durability) data transmission channels equipment of UAV: navigation and motion control systems, adaptive robust and optimal control systems useful load software, air traffic control center and maintenance of UAV.
Program
The scientific program the 2026 IEEE 8th International Conference onon Actual Problems of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Developments (APUAVD) consists of invited lectures and contributed oral presentations. Poster session will be organized, if the number of accepted papers exceeds capacity of rented rooms.
Publications
All contributions presented in oral and poster sessions will be published in the Conference Proceedings on digital form. The Proceedings will be prepared directly from the papers supplied by authors, therefore careful preparation in accordance with the instructions is required.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
IEEE quality control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria.
Author Guidelines
General Information
All submissions must be written in English. All papers must be original unpublished work. All papers must be submitted electronically by the deadline. There will be no exceptions.
The suggested length for full papers is 4 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. We encourage all authors to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work. Our conference will accept full papers up to 6 pages in length.

Corresponding Author
Each paper submitted to IEEE Kyiv Aviation Institute Week must have a designated author assigned. The designated author is the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for all activities related to the paper submission. The corresponding author acts as the assigned manager of the paper and should have the authority to speak collectively on behalf of all authors.
Review Process
Each submitted paper will be reviewed by members of the international program committees assigned by the Technical Committee. Reviews are traditional single-blind peer reviews where the identity of the reviewer is not visible to the author(s).
The qualitative and quantitative feedback from the reviews and other factors of consideration for the conference will be gathered to determine whether the papers should be either accepted or rejected for the conference.
IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using Cross Check.

Peer-to-Peer Reviewing
Authors of submitted conference articles will, if necessary, be involved in peer review within their professional community to facilitate the exchange of expert opinions and improve the quality of scientific research.
Final Submission
Authors of accepted papers will be advised of next steps and will be required to move forward with additional requirements and deadlines related to the final submission process. In accordance with IEEE Policy and the IEEE PSPB Operations Manual, all papers must transfer copyright of the paper to IEEE before publication.
“No-show” papers won’t be submitted or included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
